Background

The TP9 Elite Combat was the fruit of a partnership between budget-focused Turkish maker Canik and the boutique Californian custom shop Salient Arms International, putting SAI-style match features on a sub-$700 pistol and forcing premium builders to reckon with a factory gun at a fraction of a custom's price.
